APC's licensed site work and excavation division proudly offers the following services: erosion control, clearing and demolition, underground utilities, earthwork and grading, and concrete and paving.

Pre-Construction Planning & Design/ Build or Design Assist

APC will take the lead in terms on project planning, budgeting, pro-forma analysis, quantity takeoffs, preliminary estimates, design reviews, final planning, permitting, final pricing and team selection.

APC has established relationships with design professionals in Architectural, Structural, Civil and M-E-P disciplines, and can work with these professionals to deliver the project you envision with an eye toward achieving the appropriate balance between design elements and budget limitations.
